Room available in Amsterdam Oost for 6 months with possibility for extension (starting July 1st).

1400/month inclusive (also municipality tax etc, so no extra bills beyond this amount).

Registration is possible under conditions (we can discuss later). Open to internationals and all genders. Preference for people who work, 23+.

My 120 m2 apartment is situated next to the Harbour club east. The bedroom itself is 10 m2 and furnished.

You will live with me, a 33 year old doctor working 4 days a week. The rent is high but as a result we can share a beautifull 60m2 living room with loads of plants, beamer for home cinema, a bathroom with a bath tub, a modern kitchen with dish washer, and a washing machine. There is an inside bike storage and another private 10m2 storage room in the basement in case you need to store some stuff. Everything you need!

The apartment is modern and completed end 2021. It has a balcony all around the apartment, it’s in front of the water so you can swim in the summer. The biggest flex are the windows all around the apartment which brings light all day into the apartment!

Your room is 10m2, it has a bed, a bureau (which we can take out if you want more space), and a closet.

I’m looking mainly for someone who’s organised and tidy and takes responsibility for the house (eg take out trash when you see it’s full, stuff like that).

There’s a one time 100 euro fee for using stuff in the house that I bought and degrades over time which I need to replace (recently had to replace certain light bulbs, shower curtain, vacuum etc..).
