Hi everyone!

I'm have a furnished room in my apartment available for the summer months, July through the end of August. (July 1 - August 30)

It's a co-living arrangement in a modern building, shared with me, and my small, easy-going chihuahua.

**What I'm offering:**

• A fixed two-month summer stay (July–August)

• 1295 excluding + 1 month deposit

• A minimally 10m2 furnished private room

• A quiet, peaceful home base, ideal if you're between places or need a settled spot while you search for something longer-term for September 1st.

**Who it suits best:**

• Someone tidy, mature, respectful, and fairly independent, I'm a private person and value mutual quiet, ***female preferred***

• Someone who works outside the home (I have confidential calls, so full-time working from home doesn't fit here)

• Very comfortable with dogs
