Hi future housemate,

We—Dorine, Fabian, and Robin—are looking for two new housemates for our place in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, on Baden Powellweg.

Unfortunately, two housemates are moving out almost at the same time. That’s why the following rooms will become available:

**Room 1**
Approx. €660, including utilities and internet

**Room 2**
Approx. €645, including utilities and internet

Available from August 1

About us:

Dorine (26) works full-time as an editor at Women’s Health. She loves cozy evenings on the couch, plays the piano occasionally, and enjoys discovering the best spots in the city center. Fabian (21) is studying to become a music teacher at the conservatory, plays several instruments, is part of a ska band, and loves browsing record shops. Robin (24) studies political science at the University of Amsterdam, works for the City of Amsterdam, is training for a half marathon, and is a true coffee lover.

Our doors are always open to each other, but we also value our own time. We have no obligations, but we do enjoy eating together every now and then or planning something fun. The house has 5 bedrooms and a shared living room/kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. We like to keep it clean and tidy!

The Vondelpark is about a 15-minute bike ride away, and a stop on tram line 1 is a 2-minute walk away.

Open house for both rooms is Tuesday, June 16!
