A studio will become available at Radijsstraat 47 on July 1, 2026.

Location:
This studio is located in the Tuinwijk neighborhood, near the Paddepoel shopping center, which offers various amenities such as an Albert Heijn, HEMA, and Basic-Fit. Additionally, public transportation is easily accessible, with the Groningen Noord station nearby. The center of Groningen and the Zernike Campus are also within cycling distance.

Layout:
The studio is located on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 20 m². The living/bedroom features an open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, and range hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator. Additionally, the studio has access to a shared rooftop terrace.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent is €1,010 per month, including a €100 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is one month’s rent. You may apply for a housing allowance.

Availability and lease term:
The studio is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
