A studio will become available at Helperpark 302-30 as of September 1, 2026.

Location:
The studio is located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood in Groningen. The Euroborg is nearby, which houses a Jumbo supermarket, among other things. Additionally, the Europapark train station is within walking distance, allowing you to reach downtown Groningen in just a few minutes.

Layout:
You enter through a shared entrance hall. The studio is on the second floor of the building and has a total living area of approximately 26 m². Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the living/bedroom area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an exhaust hood, induction cooktop, combination oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent is €1,180, including a €100 advance payment for water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The studio is available starting September 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
