Two-rooms studio in the centre of Gorinchem. Shops and cozy terraces within walking distance. From the apartment you can walk to the train station (7 min). At a few hundred meters there is a underground parking garage Kazerneplein. Apartment is extremely suitable for expats, (business) commuters, starters, students, interns.
Apartment is rented in the first instance for short stays, from a few weeks till 5 months. Shown rental price is per month till end of August. In a case of shorter stay rental price is calculated per day/week/month.
Apartment is completely furnished, so you can get in without looking for stuff. Equipped with internet. Rent amount is including heating, water, electricity, internet. Local taxes are paid separately in 1 amount.
Smoking, (soft)drugs and pets are not allowed.
Apartment has a shared entrance with vestibule. Layout: vestibule, living room, bedroom, kitchen (equipped with kitchen appliances and supplies), shower cubicle, WC room.
