In the historic center of Delft is a studio on the second floor. The studio is fully furnished, equipped with a new, modern kitchen with appliances, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a herringbone wooden floor. All the amenities of the old town are a short walk away, such as restaurants and stores. The TU campus is accessible by bike. The rent is €945 per month, excluding €150 per month for water, energy, TV, internet and service costs. Available from June 15, 2026.

Rental conditions:
- Suitable for maximum 1 (working) person or a couple, no students, a PhD student is possible.
- 1 month deposit
- Rent must be paid in advance
- No explanations are given about the selection process
- Minimum 12 months contract
- 1 month right to view upon termination of contract
- Pets are not allowed
- ROZ lease
- Smoking and changes to the property (painting, drilling, etc.) are not allowed without written permission from the owner.
- As a tenant, you must be able to demonstrate financial stability throughout the term of the lease.

The kitchen is currently being replaced with a brand new modern kitchen. The layout includes a cozy living/dining room with open kitchen, a sleeping area on a loft, a practical wardrobe, and a neat bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and additional amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle and blender.
