Hello, ladies looking for a room!

We’re looking for a new roommate for our cozy home on Anjelierstraat. It’s a room of about 16 m² for €450–470 per month, and it will be available starting August 1. In addition to the rent, you’ll pay an extra €13.38 for Wi-Fi and the washing machine. The room is spacious, bright, and perfect if you’re looking for a place in Assendorp!

Good to know: the bed (including mattress and 2 drawers) and the wardrobe will remain in the room and must be purchased. We can agree on a price for these two pieces of furniture together. The bed (including mattress and drawers) and the wardrobe are both 3.5 years old and in good condition!

You’ll be sharing the house with three nice ladies, all of whom are nearing the end of their studies. We enjoy doing things together every now and then, but everyone also has their own interests. The house is in a great location. The Jumbo and Albert Heijn are just around the corner, and the train station is within walking distance (15 minutes, or 5 if you bike).

The open house is on Tuesday, July 28. Time to be announced!
