I, Sander, and my one-and-a-half-year-old son have spare space in the house that we never use. In this tight housing market, that is actually a waste, which is why we decided to rent out the room.

The room itself isn't very big, approximately 3.5 meters by 2.6 meters. However, you can make use of all the amenities, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a home gym where you can work out, as you can see in the photo, plus you can work out for free at my other gym every Friday evening and Sunday.

There is also Netflix, and I have Spotify Family, for which you can get an account.

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind having a baby in the house. You don't have to babysit, but we do expect you to be able to handle it. Furthermore, we are really looking for a sporty person. We are very sporty ourselves, so the chance of a match is much higher.

Additionally, the house has both a front and back garden, and there are plenty of free parking spaces. Zwijndrecht train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
