P10 is looking for two new roommates
Starting in mid-June, the friendliest student house in Zaandam is looking for two new roommates. The rooms are approximately 12 square meters for 390 euros per month. And one room is 400 euros per month. For the first month, you’ll pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. We live very close to the station, so with about a 10-minute walk and a 12-minute train ride, you’ll be at Amsterdam Central in no time. We don’t have mandatory house parties, but we do enjoy eating together every now and then, lighting a fire in the backyard, or cozying up to watch a movie.

You’ll also automatically become a member of the Zaanse student association. The house is part of this association, and the membership fees are already included in the rent. The bar that belongs to the association is right next to our house, so after a few beers there, you’ll be home in no time! You’ll also participate in the next inauguration and join a committee for one year, so you can occasionally work behind the bar, join the cleaning crew, or organize parties.
