Hello, people looking for a room!

Students Only!!
Starting August 1

After living here happily for half a year, I’m moving out, so my room is available!
The room is in an apartment in Tuinwijk, in a super central location with shops and bus stops nearby. It’s a 3-minute bike ride to Overvecht Station, 10 minutes to Utrecht Central Station, and a 10-minute walk to the Jumbo or Albert Heijn. Griftpark and the Overvecht shopping center are also within a 5-minute bike ride. So it’s truly a great location!

You’ll be living with two female students and the landlord, Denise, with whom you’ll also share the bathroom and toilet. The room is about 16 square meters. It also has a built-in closet that you’re welcome to use.(There is also a large closet on the wall that belongs to the apartment, but it’s not available for use.)

The rent is 695 per month, including gas, electricity, water, and internet.
Unfortunately, registration with the GBA isn’t possible.
