Hey everyone,
My room at Attleeplantsoen 2 in Utrecht will be available starting June 24, 2026. The room is available for a temporary lease from June 24, 2026, to January 24, 2027 (7 months). The rent is 850 euros per month (all-inclusive), and the room is 18 m² on the ground floor.
A Basic-Fit gym is a 5-minute walk away, and the Nova shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The tram stop (24 Oktoberplein Zuid) is across from the Basic-Fit gym and therefore also a 5-minute walk away; from there, you can reach Utrecht Central Station and Hoog Catherijne within 10 minutes. This tram also continues directly to Utrecht Science Park. Upon moving in, you’ll pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to 2 months’ rent.
