Are you looking for a nice place to live with a lot of freedom? This neat room of approximately 15m² is becoming available in Spijkenisse Noord. The room is move-in ready and comes equipped with a practical wardrobe.

The Room & The House
The room is bright and spacious enough to create your own comfortable spot. You will share the house with the owner, but you will enjoy an exceptional amount of privacy. The owner is away from the house for about 7 months a year (during the camping season).

Even during the other 5 months, you will have plenty of space: the owner is often out and mainly uses the home for eating and sleeping. There is some cozy company, however, as a dog (who often stays with the owner's parents) and two cheerful lovebirds also live here.

Location & Accessibility
The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Spijkenisse Noord. The accessibility is excellent:

Public Transport: A bus will take you to the center of Spijkenisse within a few minutes.

Rotterdam: From the center, you can hop on the metro, which brings you to the heart of Rotterdam in no time.

Amenities: Shops and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity.
