The room is in my apartment, on the street Delftsevaart in the centre of Rotterdam. It is right next to the Meent, so it is a lively neighbourhood. The street itself is a bit more calm, and has a lovely view of a canal.
I’m Lotte (19), and I’m the house owner, and live here. I value a calm house atmosphere, but appreciate a nice conversation here and there if we see each other. It’s very important to me that everyone feels at home and at ease, so boundaries and private space are respected. I speak both English and Dutch fluently.
The room is equipped with a radiator, and a private balcony. It also has some storage space. There is also a small storage room inside the apartment which you share with me. There is a lovely living room with a table and a couch. The kitchen has a table at which you can eat and cook, and there is a shared balcony with a couch where the sun shines :)
There is a possibility of furnishing the room with a loft bed, a desk and chair under it, and a closet. This increases the rent from 850 excl. to 900excl.
Pets are allowed! As long as they do not cause any serious damage to the apartment. This needs to be discussed beforehand.
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies.
The contract is for a period of 6 months, with a 1 month cancellation notice.
