Hi, everyone looking for a room!! (M)

Since our roommates are unfortunately leaving us, two (just renovated!!) rooms will be available in our cozy house starting July 1. The house is located on a side street off Oude Eb, just a stone’s throw from the Grote Markt—in short, the perfect location!📍

We’re a mixed-gender house (3F/3M) with residents aged 19 to 23. We’re all active in student life and are members of various clubs (Aegir, Magnus, GCHC). Every Tuesday we have house night and enjoy hanging out on the terrace together, playing a game of paddle, or doing something else fun. We’re looking for someone who can join us every Tuesday and enjoys doing fun things with the house. We also organize an annual Christmas dinner and can often be found at De Drie Uiltjes! Besides that, there’s plenty of space to do your own thing.

Both rooms are around 15m² and have their own brand-new kitchen. The rent will be around €650 per month, but the exact rent prices aren’t set yet.
