Starting July 1, 2026, four spacious student rooms will become available at Oosterweg 41A in Groningen. Ideal for a group of friends who want to live together!
Location:
The rooms are located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood, a lively area just a short distance from downtown Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other daily amenities, all within walking distance. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and Groningen’s city center, where you’ll find all the amenities you need. Additionally, the main train station is just a few minutes away by bike, making the property very accessible.
Layout:
The entrance leads to the first floor. On this floor, you’ll find Room 1, which measures approximately 18 m² (photos 3–5), and Room 2, which measures approximately 17 m² (photos 6–10). You’ll also find the shared kitchen here, which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, among other appliances. From the kitchen, you have access to the spacious rooftop terrace of approximately 24 m². There is also a separate restroom on this floor. On the second floor are Room 3, with an area of approximately 16 m² (photos 11–13), and Room 4, with an area of approximately 19 m² (photos 14–17). The bathroom is also located here and is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €744.35 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The rent for Room 2 is €760.17 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The rent for Room 3 is €723.24 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The rent for Room 4 is €765.38 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for rental assistance for room rentals.
Availability and lease term:
The rooms will be available starting July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
