Room in a spacious apartment (women only)
Are you looking for a furnished room in a modern and quiet apartment in Groningen? Starting July 15, a private bedroom of approximately 16 m² will become available in a 105 m² apartment, which you’ll share only with me.

About the apartment:

-Located in a beautiful building on the waterfront

-10-minute bike ride to the Zernike Campus, 7 minutes to downtown

-Private bike parking spot and access to a gym exclusively for residents

-Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom

-Rent: €900 per month, including (gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes)

-Security deposit: 1 month’s rent

-Minimum lease term: 6 months

About the room:

The room is approximately 16 m² and comes furnished. The following items must be taken over:

Bed, small cabinet, side table, and clothes rack. (The mattress is also for sale if desired)

The wardrobe and the rug belong to me, but you’re welcome to use them during your stay.

The price for taking over the furniture is to be agreed upon with the current roommate.

About you:

You’ll be sharing the apartment only with me. I’m looking for someone who is at least 22 years old, independent, tidy, and respectful—someone who enjoys living their own life in a cozy yet quiet living environment.

Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom

Rent: €900 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes)

Security deposit: 1 month’s rent

Minimum rental period: 6 months

About the room:

The room is approximately 16 m² and will be rented furnished. The following items must be taken over from the current tenant:

Bed, nightstand, small table, and clothes rack

(The mattress is also available for purchase if desired.)

The wardrobe and rug belong to me, but you are welcome to use them during your stay.

The price for taking over the furniture can be discussed with the current roommate.

About you:
