🌟-SUBTENANT WANTED (20+/ V)🌟

Per mid/end of July (date still negotiable) we are looking for a subtenant until December (with high chance of moving on!!).

We live with 8 girls on Nieuweweg. Close to the jumbo and appie and within 5 min walk from Poeleplein and Grote Markt!!! Every Tuesday we have house night and besides that our doors are often open to chat. Besides the house nights we plan a house weekend every year and lots of other fun activities (OHD, Christmas dinner, Tour de Chambre etc.) and we can be found in the city regularly! ✨🪩 Everyone is in different associations and we are looking for someone who, like us, has already built a life in beautiful Groningen. Besides, we have a big balcony which is our GK with nice weather.

The room is around 18 m2 and has its own kitchenette, sink + built-in closet. The rent is €561 inclusive.
