A student room will become available on July 1, 2026, at Nieuwe Boteringestraat 79 in Groningen.

The room is located on Noorderplantsoen. Nearby amenities include an Albert Heijn supermarket, and the center of Groningen is just a few minutes away by bike.

Layout:
The room is located on the first floor of the building. Upon entering, you arrive in the hallway, which provides access to two rooms, the toilet, and the shared kitchen. The room and the shared bathroom are located on the first floor. There are two additional rooms on the second floor. You will share the house with 5 other tenants. The room has its own kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, and combination oven. This room also features a balcony.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent for Room 4 is €766, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is one month’s rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for this room rental.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
