Room for rent starting August 1 – Schildersbuurt, Groningen 🏠

Dear prospective tenants (m/f, 20+),

Starting August 1, a room will become available for an indefinite period in my house on Nieuwe Blekerstraat in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood. The rent is €558 per month, including utilities.

The room is 16 m² and is located at the front of the house. Many of the pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement.

We share the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. We also have a small courtyard, which we share with our neighbor. Internet costs €21.50 per person per month. The house is just a 3-minute walk from Westerhaven, so stores like Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, and Hema are nearby.

I’m currently in the final stages of my studies. Even though I’m busy, I enjoy getting together every now and then to eat, play a game, have a drink, or go out for the night! 🕺
