Hi, people looking for a room (M/F, no international students). As of August 1, a room will become available for an indefinite period in our nice student house on Korreweg. The room is 24m2 and costs 595 euros (excl. utilities). There’s an additional 70 euros per month for service charges. The room has a small balcony, and we also have a shared balcony off the kitchen and a dishwasher!!!
There are five of us living here—including you—and we’re looking for a friendly new roommate.

We’re a mixed-gender house with two girls and two guys, aged 20, 23, and 24. We’re all nearing the end of our studies or have already graduated.
We don’t have set “house nights,” but we do enjoy chatting, eating together, or going out for a drink. There’s also plenty of space to have some alone time and do your own thing. Aside from a cleaning schedule, we don’t have any other obligations.
