Room in Groningen
We are looking for two new housemates (male/female) to join our home at Hoendiep 43a from August 1st We are currently with 4 people, but 2 of us are moving out at the end of July. That means we have two rooms available:
Room 1: 11m² (with private sink)
Room 2: 8m² (with private sink)
The house is located just a few minutes from the city center, and Zernike is easily reachable within 15 minutes by bike. We also have a nice balcony at the front of the house where you can enjoy the sun, and there’s another balcony at the back where the living room is.
The total rent we currently pay is around €1870 INCLUSIVE (gas, water, electricity, internet). Since you’ll be signing a new contract with the landlord, the final amount may vary slightly.
Important details:
* Registration at the address is possible.
* The contract will be for one year.
* The rooms will be taken over including furniture (we’ll discuss the details together).
