A student room will become available at Helper Brink 21A in Groningen on July 1, 2026.

Location:
The room is located in the Helpman neighborhood of Groningen. Nearby is Helperplein, home to an Albert Heijn supermarket and other shops. Various restaurants and cafes can also be found in the immediate vicinity. The center of Groningen is just a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
You enter through the shared hallway, which leads to the communal living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an exhaust hood, gas stove, combination oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The toilet is located in the hallway. The bathroom is on the second floor and features a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. The common areas are shared with four female roommates. The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 15 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €595 per month, excluding service charges. The tenant is responsible for setting up contracts for the other utilities.
The security deposit is one month’s rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for this room rental.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
