All house is shared with 3 young persons. For sharing:
Kitchen 5 m2 (ground floor)
Two big bathrooms (ground and first floor)
Living room 18 m2 (ground floor)
Outside storage 8 m2 (ground floor, of course)
Small yard (ground floor, of course)

Not shared (private) for rent - see photos - bedroom 3 (13,6 m2) and bedroom 4 (11,8 m2). Both bedrooms for one person (because the entrance to bedroom 4 is via bedroom 3). Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and bedroom 4 is on the second floor (attic - ceilings is 1,82 m). The price 960 Eur is for both bedrooms. 960 Eur is excluding utilities (utilities is 1/3 of house utilities - that is about 80 Eur / months).

Let me know, why you would need 2 rooms. Maybe attic room is for work as you need large tables?
