Sublet near Sloterdijk 6th of July until 6th of August

Hey all, this summer I'll be abroad for a month so my room/house is available. The bedroom is 11m2 and the entire house is 55m2. Costs are €950,- for the month plus a €500,- deposit. The deposit has to be paid directly after you've been given the room. I plan doing the roommate interviews the 17th of July.

The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Slotermeer, 10 minutes walking from Sloterdijk station. You'll be sharing the place with my flatmate for the first two or three weeks. Then he'll leave as well for a vacation, so you'll have the place for yourself the last weeks.

The house is clean and colorful and my room will stay fully furnitured for you. The flat is just a regular flat, but with 2(!) furnitured balconies. Staying here comes with a bit of responsibility as well: we have a lot of plants inside and outside who need some water every now and then.
