Three-week sublet: July 3–26

Starting July 3, I’m temporarily subletting my fully furnished room at Science Park, next to Flevopark.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one male, Dutch-speaking roommate from Sweden (age 27), who works as an artist. However, he won’t be back from vacation until July 16, which means you’ll have the apartment all to yourself for the first two weeks.

The apartment is approximately 70 m² and features a spacious and sunny balcony, a 15 m² bedroom for you, and a bathroom with two separate sinks.

💶 Rent: €600, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.

❗ Registration at this address is NOT possible.

Seeking: a quiet, working person aged 25 or older. No gender preference.
