A room in our shared apartment is going to be available starting from this summer. Looking for somebody to take over in July and rent for one year.
The apartment is 70 sq. meters, we've been living here for 2 years already and just received a contract extension from our landlord.
It includes the kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove top; spatious and luminous living room with a couch and a big tv; shared toilet and shower (separate) with a laundry machine as well.
The room is 9 sq. meters, furnished already with a single bed, closet, mirror, and a desk. It has direct access to the balcony and a well-working heater.
