As of September 1, a room will become available in our beautiful, spacious 100m² apartment! The rent is **€880 all-inclusive**, and no security deposit is required upon moving in. However, there is an income requirement of **€3,000 gross per month**, and **registration is not possible**.
## **The Room**

The room itself is about 10m²—spacious enough to fit a double bed, a desk, and some closets. It’s also extremely well-insulated, so you won’t be bothered by the neighbors. Plus, the sun hardly ever shines through your window, so it stays cool even in the summer.
## **The Neighborhood**

The apartment is located in the **Rivierenbuurt neighborhood in Amsterdam-Zuid**. It’s nice and quiet here, but at the same time, there’s plenty of activity. At the end of the street, you’ll find the Amstel River with beautiful viewpoints and small parks. Furthermore, **Amstel Station** is within walking distance, and within 200 meters you’ll find **Rijnstraat** with plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything else you need. It’s a 10-minute bike ride to De Pijp and 20 minutes to Central Station.
## **The Apartment**

The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the amenities you need, such as:

## **Your Roommates**

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two male roommates (**Jordy, 30**, and **Hessel**, 25). We enjoy doing things together, both indoors and outdoors. At home, we like to play games, have a drink, cook and eat together when it works out, put on some music, or watch a movie or TV show. Outside the house, we sometimes grab a drink on a patio, go to the movies, or attend a concert. We also have our own lives in Amsterdam, so there are no obligations.
## **Who We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for someone **25+** who is **working full-time**. You must meet the minimum income requirement and be currently registered at an address somewhere in the Netherlands.

The room itself is approximately 10m², which is spacious enough to fit a double bed, a desk, and wardrobes. Additionally, it is very well-insulated, so you won’t be bothered by the neighbors. There is also almost no direct sunlight hitting the window, keeping it nice and cool during the summer.

The apartment is located in the **Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam-Zuid**. It’s nice and quiet here, yet there’s plenty of activity nearby. At the end of the street, you’ll find the Amstel River with beautiful viewpoints and small parks. Furthermore, **Amstel Station** is within walking distance, and within 200 meters, you’ll find **Rijnstraat**, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and all the other essentials. You can cycle to De Pijp in 10 minutes and reach Central Station in 20 minutes.
