2 ROOMS AVAILABLE IN A COZY LITTLE HOUSE! - Ladies only - 1 room for a new tenant, 1 room for a subletter for 4 to 6 months.

As of August 1, 2 rooms will become available in our beautiful 5-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. We’re looking for someone to join us in this cozy home, preferably a recent graduate or someone currently working. We all have our own lives, but we regularly get together in the living room for a cup of tea, a movie, a good conversation, or a quick chat.

The rent is approximately €615 (all-inclusive) and a one-time security deposit of €510.

What do you get in return?

Room 1 (indefinite term, with registration): An 8 m² room with access to one of the two balconies.

Room 2 (4 to 6 months, without registration): A 10 m² room, also with access to one of the two balconies.

Plus four super-nice roommates, a cozy apartment with a spacious living room, a dishwasher, two small balconies, and a garden! (A GARDEN, YES, A GARDEN)! A bus/tram stop to Central Station just around the corner, and the Plein ’40–’45 shopping center is within walking distance! (For fresh vegetables from the market or a spring roll every day ;)). And Nala, our sweet house cat :).
