I'm subletting my room from **9 July until 14 September** and looking for someone to take it for the full period.

• 5-minute walk to the metro 🚇 (around 25 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal)
• Supermarkets, shops and amenities nearby 🛒

🏠 **The apartment**
• Bright and spacious 90m² apartment
• Shared with three friendly working professionals
• Large kitchen, spacious entrance and a small terrace ☀️
• Lots of natural light throughout the day
• You'll also be sharing the flat with our lovely cat, Coco 🐱

🛏️ **The room**
• Approx. 9m²
• Semi-furnished

💰 **Price**
• €780/month, all inclusive (utilities and Wi-Fi included)
• €500refundable deposit

👋 **About us**

We're all working professionals with our own routines and interests, but we enjoy the occasional dinner or outing together. I will be gone but you'll share the flat with my 3 other flatmates aged 25/27.

• Respectful and tidy
• Comfortable living in a shared home
• Preferably working full-time
