Hi everyone! We're looking for a new roommate (woman) for our lovely apartment in Oost located in between Oosterpark and Flevopark. Javastraat is right around the corner, so you basically have everything you need (grocery stores, (vintage) shops, cafes, restaurants) within walking distance.

The details:

- Start date: August 1st

- Monthly rent: 680, including utilities

- Deposit: 1200

- Room: 9m2, comes including a bed and open closet (both could probably be stored in storage if you have your own bed and closet)

- Registration is possible

- Fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage

- Bathroom with shower and separate toilet

- South-facing balcony

-We sadly do not have a living room

- Only available for women (landlord's request, not ours. To all genderqueer folx; please feel free to apply, I'm sure we can figure something out)

You’ll be living with 2 Dutch roommates in their late-twenties who’ve been working for a while. We regularly chat in the kitchen after work and have dinner every now and then. We’re looking for someone that’s also working or at the end of their studies.
