The detached recreation house is located at Verlengde Vennen 26 in Vlagtwedde, on Parc Emslandermeer. The house is unique because of its beautiful location on a spacious plot, on the water and is equipped with good insulation and has a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

THE PROPERTY:

You enter through the front door on the side of the house into a spacious hall with the stairs to the floor on the left and in front of you the door to the spacious L-shaped living room with French doors to the covered terrace, an open kitchen and the door to the bedroom with bathroom suite.
The living room overlooks the canal and therefore offers beautiful views.

Because of the many windows, the living room is wonderfully light. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
The bathroom en suite on this floor has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
On the right side in the hall you will find the door to the toilet and the meter cupboard. A closet space has been created under the stairs.

Through the fixed staircase in the hall you get to the second floor, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a second bathroom and a storage room with CV preparation and a washing machine are located on a long landing. In the bathroom on this floor you will find a toilet, bathtub and sink.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:


Parc Emslandermeer has a subtropical swimming pool. The pool has a 25-meter competition, toddler, baby, whirlpool and rapids with slide. In the pool you will also find the sauna complex which you can use for a fee.
At restaurant Nuver you can enjoy a snack and drink and from the terrace there is a beautiful view over the golf course of GC Westerwolde.

At the park there are several playgrounds for children and there is a bocce court.
The house is located at Parc Emslandermeer, in one of the most beautiful areas of Groningen, called Westerwolde. Because of the beautiful, quiet location on the canal, with its own jetty, this house is very popular with peace seekers, boating enthusiasts and fishing enthusiasts!

Vlagtwedde has everything one needs. There is a large supermarket, there are several smaller stores and cozy eateries. The area of Westerwolde is ideally suited for tourism. For example, Bourtange is a stone's throw away, there are beautiful cycling and walking routes to follow and many antiquities to view.
