This detached recreation house is located on the beautiful Parc Emslandermeer in Vlagtwedde and is in a unique location by the forest. The house is situated on a spacious plot in the quiet third phase of the park - without a doubt one of the most beautiful spots.
The house is fully furnished and ideal for comfortably housing up to 7 temporary employees or business guests.

The house has a unique layout in that these 2 semi-detached houses have been converted into a completely detached house. This layout has created a lot of space and tranquility. You enter at one of the two entrances, after which you walk straight through to a spacious living room/kitchen. On the first floor. There are two more bathrooms near both entrances.
On the second floor there is a toilet and seven bedrooms

The bright living room has large windows and doors to a spacious terrace where you can relax after a long day at work. The living room is further equipped with two sofas and a television.

The kitchen features a spacious dining area with two tables and a spacious sink. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes:
