Friends Concept: Renting Together, Living Independently

Eigen Haard’s Friends Concept offers the opportunity to rent an independent home together with friends, where each resident has their own bedroom and shares common areas. This housing option is specifically intended for single people with a qualifying income. The home is intended for a fixed group of 3 residents, each of whom must meet specific requirements, such as an annual income between €28,375 and €49,669. Each resident is a contractual tenant and is jointly and severally liable for the rent. Strict rules apply to resident changes, which require notice and approval. Student financial aid and income from abroad are not counted toward the income requirement. Subletting or registering unapproved individuals is not permitted. There is a joint minimum income requirement of €84,000, which tenants must meet individually.
