Croesestraat is a popular street on the outskirts of Utrecht’s city center, featuring the famous “shutter houses” that offer beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment is close to the city center, a large Albert Heijn supermarket, and near public transportation, major roads, and the restaurants on Westerkade and Ledig Erf.

Access to the apartment is at the front. The entryway, with a spacious closet, leads to the very spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room opens onto the spacious south-facing balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, electric stovetop, and a combination oven. Next to this room, you’ll find the utility closet and a spacious pantry.
