Hi everyone!

From March 1st, I'm looking for a new roommate/tenant. It's an apartment in the centre of Utrecht, approximately 80m², fully maintained and modernized. Further, Station Vaartsche Rijn and Ledig Erf are around the corner, just as Utrecht Central Station. The apartment is fully furnished, except for your future bedroom. Everything else is available, from pans and a washing machine to a TV.

I'm looking for a nice roommate who is tidy and easygoing. Communication, honesty, and respect are the most important things to me. As long as that's okay, anything is negotiable :). I'm always up for a random game/movie night, cooking/dining/wining together, or a night out dancing, but I also value my own space/time. Therefore, I prefer someone who doesn't work from home permanently.
