Spacious living space / in-house rental in a detached house in Uden with roof terrace

A spacious, lockable living space will become available in a detached house in Uden. It is an independent living space / in-house rental within my own home, with a shared main entrance/front door.

The living space consists of:

* attic floor with private kitchen and private sanitary facilities;
* private bathroom;
* two bedrooms;
* spacious roof terrace.

There is also a third room/office space available. My preference is to rent the living space including this third room, so the total living space becomes larger and more complete.

The basic option with two bedrooms has a basic rent of €1,000 per month.
The preferred option with the extra third room/office has a basic rent of €1,150 per month.

Gas, electricity and water are not included. Electricity is charged through a separate meter. Gas is calculated based on meter readings. Water is temporarily divided 50/50. KPN internet/TV is optional.

Important to know: energy costs are often low in summer, but in the winter months especially gas/heating costs can be much higher. The tenant should take this into account and reserve money for winter energy costs.

Preference for one working, quiet and financially independent tenant. A couple is negotiable if the overall situation fits well.

Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Quiet, clean and respectful living is desired.
