Hi everyone! We're looking for a roommate in our 3-bedroom shared apartment. The room is available from August 4 - February 4 , with possibility of extension and future registration.

We're looking for someone who is:
- 25+
- Working or Master’s
- Enjoys a calm and clean household
- A non-smoker
About the room:
Rent: €675 (inclusive)
Size: 11.45m2
Includes bed, closet, desk and chair
Layout of house: 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom, living room, balcony, dining room and kitchen.
Fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine
Deposit: 1 month rent
5min walk to Dirk, Albert Heijn, other supermarkets and shops
5min walk to Beijerlandslaan tram stop (goes to city centre) and 15min walk to Rotterdam Zuid train station
10 minute bike ride to city centre

About us:
We're Ben and Jimmy. Ben works full time (working from home 2/3 days a week) and Jimmy is doing a Master’s in Amsterdam. We both like to cook (and eat) a lot and share meals once in a while. We’re both quite active during the work week (work, exercising, etc.) so we appreciate calmer evenings at home (TV, dinner, chilling, some good conversation). Looking for someone who will add to the good energy in the household. 🙂
