The "Iepenburg" apartment building is located in the center of Oosterhout, on the edge of the city park. The building consists of 34 apartments spread over 5 floors. There are three types of apartments available: one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, each with an additional room that can serve as a home office or hobby room. All apartments feature an open kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and separate shower. Each apartment has a terrace or loggia, and the storage units are located on the ground floor. The apartments are ideal for single- or two-person households. Oosterhout is a municipality in North Brabant with plenty of green space and a variety of amenities, including schools, sports facilities, and a lively downtown area with shops and restaurants.
