The room has its own sink, box spring bed, closet and wifi connection. There are also shared facilities such as a spacious terrace, large living/dining room, open kitchen with appliances, 2 toilets, shower, washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and TV. The entire upstairs apartment is fully furnished. The rent is € 488,- per month, including gas/water/electricity. Only rental to individuals is allowed, for a minimum period of 1 year and a maximum of 1 person per room. Pets and children are not allowed. Potential tenants must be in possession of a valid Dutch ID and registered with the Basic Registration of Persons. Financial capacity will be inventoried in advance and the final allocation will be made by the owner.
