RENTAL PERIOD

- Fixed term: approximately 3 to 6 months

- Start date in consultation

- Extension only possible in case of demonstrable delay of renovation and after written approval of the landlord

TARGET GROUP / ALLOCATION

The apartment will be rented exclusively to applicants who:

- Own a home for sale or rent

- Are temporarily unable to reside (fully) in this home due to renovation, redecoration or repair work

- Need temporary replacement accommodation as a bridge

ALLOCATION CRITERIA

Candidate must provide upon interest:

- Proof of ownership or rental of own home

- Proof of renovation/redevelopment (such as quote, schedule or statement from contractor)

Income and screening requirements

- Net monthly income at least 2.5 x THE MONTHLY RENT

- Screening of income and payment history may be part of the selection process

Financial conditions

- Deposit: 2 months rent

- Rent payment monthly in advance
