Starting July 1, 2026, two rooms will become available at Westersingel 19A in Groningen.

Location:
The room is located in the Schildersbuurt neighborhood in Groningen. Daily amenities, such as shops and various restaurants and cafes, are located in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, an Albert Heijn is within walking distance. Additionally, public transportation is easily accessible, with excellent connections to the main train station.

Layout:
Room 2 is located on the first floor of the building and features a private kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, range hood, combination oven, and dishwasher. Room 9 is located on the third floor and also features its own kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, range hood, combination oven, and dishwasher. The property has two bathrooms and toilets that are shared with nine male and female roommates. In addition, the property features a shared backyard of approximately 60 m².

Rent and security deposit:
The rent for Room 2 (photos 2 through 7) is €790 per month, including a €100 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The rent for Room 9 (photos 8–12) is €960 per month, including a €100 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available on July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
