The Cohesie Vuurtoren consists of 333 urban co-living apartments in the Strijp-S district of Eindhoven. It’s a unique and inspiring environment with a variety of dining options, art galleries, and Philips’ industrial heritage. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the city center and close to the Strijp-S train station.

This apartment is part of the Cohesie Co-living concept, which offers shared spaces, facilities, and services. Included services include heating, electricity, water, internet, furniture, cleaning, security, and community activities.

Each month, the tenant pays service fees for these amenities, except for electricity, water, heating, internet, furniture, the security deposit, and parking spaces.
