We are looking for one tenant (preferably a Dutch woman) for our apartment in Diemen. The room is available immediately. We are looking for someone neat, responsible and independent - someone with their own life, work and daily routine.

You will have two private rooms of about 9 m² and 12 m², which can ideally be used as living room and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two roommates.

📍 The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from streetcar and train station, and the center of Amsterdam can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.

📅 Available immediately.

💰 Rent: €850 incl.

(Including an advance payment for utilities)
