6 furnished shortstay and temporary rental apartments - West Peterstraat, Arnhem

On West Peterstraat in the Arnhem district of Klarendal we offer six fully furnished apartments for temporary rental.
The apartments are located in a modern new construction complex built in 2023 and are in excellent condition.
These apartments are available for shortstay (3 to 6 months, without extension option) or for temporary rental (up to 24 months). The latter option is only available to students, people who are remodeling or getting divorced.

Layout and amenities
The apartments are identical in design and have a usable area of approximately 60 to 65 m². The layout consists of:
- Living room with access to a private outdoor space
- Separate bedroom
- Work room
- Open kitchen with appliances: dishwasher, microwave/oven, refrigerator and washing machine
- Bathroom with modern sanitary ware
- Private storage room in the basement, equipped with electricity and lighting

Facilities and comfort
- Underfloor heating throughout the house
- CO₂-controlled ventilation
- Completely gas free (heat pump and solar panels)
- Energy label A++
- Including internet, electricity, water and municipal taxes

Location
The apartments are located in the district of Klarendal, near the fashion district, various restaurants and stores.
The city center and Velperpoort station are within walking distance, Park Sonsbeek is about 10 minutes by bike.

Rental conditions
- Rental price: € 1.750,- per month
- Security deposit: € 2.900,-
- Available two apartments per 1 December and one apartment per 1 January (multiple apartments)
- Including gas, water and electricity, internet and municipal taxes
- Minimum rental period shortstay: 3 months
- Maximum rental period shortstay: 6 months (without extension)
- Maximum rental period temporary rental: 24 months. NOTE: only possible for students who are not yet living in Arnhem
- Suitable for maximum 2 persons
- Smoking and pets are not allowed
- Obligatory final cleaning: € 250,- (will be deducted from the deposit)
- Obligatory purchase of new bed linen for 2 persons: € 100,- (remains property of tenant)
