**Last minute room sublet from July 31** (1 month, 31 July-30 August, no registration) in spacious two bedroom top floor penthouse overlooking Westerpark. €1230 all inc per month.

I’m subletting the second bedroom (fully furnished, 12m2) of my 14th floor apartment. It’s a comfortable 75m2+ place with all glass 180 degree views of Amsterdam. Modern furniture and all new appliances.

You’ll be living with my flatmate. He’s calm, friendly, easygoing and Italian🤌. I will be away for a month traveling the UK and Croatia.
