- A gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.
- For dual-income households, the combined gross monthly income must be at least 4 times the monthly rent.
- Self-employed individuals must have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) for at least 2 years. In addition, a recent profit and loss statement must be submitted for at least two full fiscal years.
- For retirees, the gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
- You may not have any payment arrears with a previous landlord or mortgage lender. An offer may be revoked based on this.
- Expats must have a residence permit.
