ROOMMATE WANTED (INDEFINITE TERM) AMSTERDAM EAST (24+) English below

Hi, ladies💗
Starting August 1, I’m looking for a female roommate (24+ and employed) for my apartment in Amsterdam. You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me!

About the apartment:

- Located on Linnaeusstraat in Oud-Oost

- Within walking distance of many bars and restaurants, Oosterpark, the Oostpoort shopping center, and Muiderpoort station

- Approx. 67 m² total

- I’ll provide the furniture, but if you have any nice pieces of your own to bring, they’re always welcome!! (The furniture in the photos will be removed)

About the room:

- The bedroom is about 14 m² and unfurnished

- Access to a shared balcony

Practical details:

- Rent is €1,195, excluding utilities (utility and internet costs are approximately €100 per month)
- Open-ended lease (shorter terms negotiable)
- Registration possible
- Security deposit is two months’ rent

About me:
I’m 25 years old, work as a notary trainee in Amsterdam, and in my free time I enjoy going out for drinks, dining out, or visiting a museum. I work a lot during the week, so it’s important to me to be able to relax at home in the evenings. Hopefully you have your own life in Amsterdam, but you also enjoy catching up and chilling out every now and then.

- Direct access to a shared balcony

- Available starting August 1
- Indefinite term (a shorter stay may be discussed)

About me:
