I am seeking someone (preferably queer) respectful and trustworthy to stay in my home in Amsterdam for a few months from Aug/Sept in the beautiful & highly sought after neighborhood of Java-eiland (Amsterdam-Oost / East).

Some details:
- 95m2 furnished apartment
- Huge 20m2 furnished room (like your own studio)! Bed, wardrobe, and sofa bed included in the room + other furnishings
- You'll have the apartment to yourself
- Excellent location, surrounded by water, a park, quiet but just 7min from central station, and just around the corner from Azartplein stop
- Fully furnished incl. plants, with use of sheets, towels, equipment, balcony etc.
- Kitchen with excellent amenities and equipment
- Washer/dryer and WiFi
- €2100 p/m inclusive for couples, €1750 incl. p/m for single with security deposit
- Dates can be flexible, most likely from August or Sept
- Possible registration
- Ideally looking for a busy single professional or couple in their late 20s or 30s+ who are clean, tidy, respectful, and mature
- No Zios
- Queers to the front
