🏠 Looking for a new roommate (M | 25–35) – Amsterdam Oud-Zuid
Starting August 1, we (Hendrik, 28, and Stan, 31) are looking for a Dutch-speaking male roommate for our spacious apartment (129 m²) on Hygiëaplein in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.

We’ve both been living and working in Amsterdam for several years now. During the week, we’re busy with work and exercise, but we enjoy eating together when we can. We’re looking for someone in a similar stage of life who enjoys living in a quiet, clean, and cozy home.

What can you expect?

* Room of approx. 10 m²

* Living with 2 roommates

* Fully renovated apartment with a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and toilet

* Large balcony

* Weekly cleaning

* Rent: €825 per month, all-inclusive

* Indefinite term

* Registration possible

Our apartment is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be as good as new starting in mid-September. Therefore, we won’t be able to show you the apartment during the open house, but photos and a floor plan are available.
